***2024 FALL FOOTBALL AND CHEER REGISTRATION***

·       All participants must be 5+ years of age, as of July 31st, 2023.

·       Cost
Flag:  $125 per athlete ($25 Discount for return players from spring '24)
Tackle: $275 per athlete ($25 Discount for return players from spring '24)
Cheer: $125 per athlete ($25 Discount for return Cheer from spring '24)

·       Practice will begin on August 1st 2024.  For the month of August football will practice Monday - Thursday times TBD.  Games will start as early as the end of August and will continue weekly (Times and Days TBD).  

New Participants Required paperwork, to participate:

1) Copy of birth certificate

2) 2024 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form

3) 2024 Physical Fitness and Medical History Form 

4) Copy of Report Card that includes all four quarters of 2023/2024 school year.

6) Recent 2"x2" photo of the athlete

There will be required paperwork hand in session, During the following Dates / Times
June 30th 8:30am  - 2:00pm
July  10th 5:30pm - 7:30pm 
July  18th 5:30pm - 730pm
July  24th 5:30pm - 8:00pm
July  26th 5:30pm - 7:30pm
